Merckens chocolate candy coating is the most widely used melting chocolate for making chocolate candy with. Merckens formulation makes it very easy to work with. Requires no tempering simply melt and pour chocolate into your chocolate candy molds.

To maintain the high gloss and shine we reccomend pouring Merckens melting chocolate into a cold mold that has first been placed in a freezer and then once poured replaced in the freezer until solid.
