Merckens chocolate candy melts / wafers are also referred to as candy  discs or candy buttons are simple to use and the best tasting of all confectionery chocolates. Along with the Merckens brand we also carry Clasen pre-flavored wafers and Guitard Carob and Yogurt wafers.

All of our Chocolates are available in 1 pound bags and Full cases.

12/08/2014: By many customer requests we now have the Merckens candy coatings available in smaller 1/2 pound sizes also.

Notice concerning Kosher standards: Only full unopened cases are considered kosher. Once a case is opened and repacked into smaller units it is no longer eligible for the Kosher rating.
