Finding an item is easy once you know how we have the database
designed !

So here is how I have done it. All items are first listed into suitable
"Main Categories" then broken down into a "Secondary Category" and if needed
then broken down into a third category. As an example. the item number
A1 which is a Turtles Mold.
First we listed it in a "Candy Products" category, then Into a "Molds"
category, and finally into a category named "Animal Molds" HINT:
if you are not sure of where we may have hid something, do a key word search:
IE: using the keyword "chocolate" will display every item in which
we have the word chocolate in either the title or description, no matter
where it is listed in the categories. |

The Search Engine!

| The Search is designed to pull up items by either
of these ways: 1. Item name, 2. Item Number, 3. A key word found in the
name or descritpion. You can also use the "Advanced Search" and find item
by category. Feel free to experiment with different methods and procedures. |

Selecting /Adding items for your cart!
|
| You can select items to order by a couple different methods, 1. Using
the "Buy Now" beside each item will add that quanity chosen to your cart.
2. Or you can select the quantity of items wanted, then scrolling to the
bottom of each page select the "Buy List" button. The buy list button
is quicker as the page will only refresh once, while using the Buy Now
button will refresh after each click. 3. The option to buy each item is
also available when viewing the item. Don't worry about mistakes here,
you can always edit the quantity while viewing your cart. |

Security!
|
Yes, This site is secure, but only during the display
of the order form. Once you click on Submit Order, you and your cart contents
are redirected to our secure server. You will see the padlock become highlighted.
And you will get a Certificate Notice. Your browser will say it does not
reconize the certificate. The reason for this is simply because I wrote
my own instead of having another company write one for me. And my version
is not registered with Netscape or IE. As of this memo I am running the
latest bug free version of ApacheSSL.
Our server has only 1 authorized user. "ME". We have our own system
which is not connected to any other servers. It has no FTP or Telnet access.
And it is very closely monitored for attempted hackers.
For further Security, None of your credit card information is ever
stored on this system. When you choose payment by Credit Card you are connected
(redirected) to Authorize.net.server (One of the leading Credit Card processors
for internet transactions). Your information is then entered on that server.
(you can check this by clicking back after processing your order, you will
see the CC numbers are no longer viewable). YOUR PERSONAL INFO IS
NEVER SENT BY EMAIL.
During the testing phases, and occasionally to check operations I
enter and use my own Credit card info with no concerns. |

Payments we Accept!
|
We will gladly accept Checks/Money orders. Master Card, Visa, American
Express and even PayPal (for now ??)
Using Check or money order. You will receive a receipt for you
order once submitted, PLEASE print this off. It contains our address. You
will not be contacted unless we have major problems with your order. Your
order will remain active (PENDING) for 10 days. If payment is not received
within that time your order will be canceled automatically. You will then
need to resubmit it. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT FOREIGN CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS
FROM A SOURCE OTHER THAN YOUR COUNTRIES POSTAL SERVICE. This is due
to the high cost of processing these items.
For Credit Card payments. This is the fastest way and easiest
to work with. We start processing your order as soon as we get it. Many
times we can get the order out within minutes of you placing it. Again
cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
For PayPal. We are working on a module so you can pay directly
off our site. But due to PayPal's design it is rather cumbersome to get
properly functioning. For the time being simply select payment method by
"POSTAL" this will allow you to submit the ordr as tho you are payng by
check or money order. Then drop us an email requesting PayPal info and
we'll pack your order, and email you the proper total with shipping and
how to pay. We try to make things as pleasant and easy as we possibly can. |

Orders and BackOrders

We try to stock everything we advertise. Sometimes
this is impossible. Keeping up with inventory has been our "Worst Nightmare".
It's been impossible to predict how many of a certain item people will
purchase, which in many cases leaves us high and dry for a few days.
What has been noticable is when there are a number of different customers
ordering at the same time. If you select an item in stock and place it
in your cart. (at this time the item is in stock). If there is another
customer purchasing the same item, and they check out before you do, that
item may no longer be in stock. (items are deducted from inventory at the
time of checkout). This does happen and quite frequently.
We do order from our suppliers almost dailey. And our turn around time
for out of stock items averages approx 5 days.
I try to keep our orders desk as clean as possible. We will ship partial
orders if BO items are not due to arrive within the 5 days, and then send
the BO's as soon as they arrive. If an item is no longer available or takes
to long to re-stock (seasonal type items),
we will cancel those item(s) and if charged refund your money.

Want Something We don't Have!

When I started this Internet Business on-line I realized I needed to
cater to you in order to become succesful. So in order for me to carry
what you want, I need to be told. I have no problems with trying to find
and stock what interests you. This is how we have managed to build our
inventory to the extent that it is now. (and growing rapidly). We are currently
adding about 10-15 new and requested products weekly. We are constantly
looking for new products to add, so if you have any requests fell free
to drop us a email. We'll even add new suppliers to our sources if asked
to do so. (please tho remember we are regulated here by Penna. dept of
Ag, and carry food items, so we do have limitations).

How to cancel an Order
|
We will gladly cancel your order at any time with notification. However we must receive notification
PRIOR to your order being shipped. If we ship your order and it is then canceled, you will need to return all items at your cost before we will issuse any credits or refunds. All canceled/Returned orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No credit or refunds will be issued for money paid to third parties, such as FedEx, US postal, etc.
You can also cancel an order by refusing to accept the package. These type cancelations will be subject to the same terms as notification cancelations. No Refunds for third party costs and a 15% restocking fee. Should we be able to cancel your
order prior to shipment (leaving the building) there will be no restocking fees or third party fees, you will receive a full
refund. |
