We take security very seriously. It's not only your information we are guarding it's also our own. We never use any 3rd party services, All of our information is on our own privately held servers. Our servers are located right here, not on some hosting platform where hundreds or thousands of other sites are hosted. There is 1 and only 1 password to access our server. All ports which are not needed for viewing and processing your orders are closed. The limited number of ports that are open are monitored continuously for suspicious activity. Log scans are run every 90 seconds, any suspicious activity found the ip number is logged and immediately blocked. No vital information is ever stored on any of our systems that are accessible to the internet. Every program we use is open-source. This is very beneficial in that many times private label programs that have security flaws the user is not immediately notified and it may be months before fixes are in place. While with open-source security flaws are posted immediately. Since we own and maintain our own servers, security patches and upgrades are done immediately. We are able to maintain the top level security updates as they are released. Our SSL encryption is top level. We use strictly 128 and 256 bit encrytion. No exceptions at any level. Browers that are not capable of reading the higher encryption levels will not function properly on our site - if your browser will not handle the higher encryption then you'll need to update to a capable browser as we will not drop to a lower encryption level. Credit Card submission. We only use ADC "automatic direct connect" to process card information. This means that you are not actually entering your card information on our site, you are entering it on our card processors site. Our submission form is directly linked to our processor. Data transmitted is passed from your keyboard directly to the processors by means of the submission form. All data entered by you is 256 bit encrypted as it passes through our forms. You can see this in action by entering numbers in the card number spot - do a page refresh and you will find that this data entered has dissappeared.
